Remember that teaser we saw a while back? oyashirosama.net has been updated, and it turns out that Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sou is in fact going to be a concert, with an accompanying CD! On the 23rd of September 2016, those who purchase a ticket will be granted the opportunity to sit down at the Mitaka City Arts Center in Tokyo to enjoy Higurashi’s music performed by string quartet DEQUAR. It’s pretty amazing to think how far this humble doujin title has come in the last 14 years! A CD of the concert will be released for sale in late October for 2,600 yen, so even those on the other side of the world will have the chance to experience it in some form.
